because man i think rose's new outfit looks cool as hell, and i have to jump on the bandwagon. how can i not draw her awesome new outfit? :U _{though i'm like a day late oh well}
i mean i kinda wish we got to see more of her old one, but new outfits are always cool *thumbsup*

but man i'm so happy to see rose (and casey viceroy) again. fucking up turtles and not giving a shit
